By accessing, browsing, or using the betpjr platform at betpjr.net, or by registering a betpjr account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with betpjr's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the betpjr platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betpjr platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the betpjr platform following any posted amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and use a betpjr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. betpjr enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming products and services. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered betpjr account. betpjr permits only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a betpjr-administered or externally administered self-exclusion order at the time of registration or account use.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided at registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. betpjr reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.

betpjr accounts are created through the registration process available at betpjr.net. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betpjr account credentials, including your username and password. betpjr recommends that all Pakistani users enable two-factor authentication on their accounts and use a unique, strong password not shared with any other service.

• Account Security: You must notify betpjr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account Responsibility: betpjr is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as communicated in betpjr's fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time.
• Account Verification: betpjr reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures.

betpjr processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users:

betpjr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification is complete.

betpjr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus terms apply to all betpjr promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage rate.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Misuse: betpjr reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if betpjr reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• betpjr Discretion: betpjr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on betpjr — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, and bingo — are governed by the individual rules published within each game or betting market. In addition, the following platform-wide gameplay rules apply to all betpjr users:

• Bet Acceptance: betpjr reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet placed on the betpjr platform at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software fault, or system interruption during a game or betting event, betpjr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. betpjr's decision in such matters is final.
• Game Results: The outcome of all betpjr casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. betpjr's recorded results are authoritative and final.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by betpjr's sports betting rules, including settlement rules for voided events, abandoned matches, and result disputes. PSL matches and international cricket fixtures are settled according to the official result declared by the governing cricket body.
• Maximum Winnings: betpjr may impose maximum payout limits on individual games, bet types, or across the platform generally. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at that limit.

betpjr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. betpjr recognises that gambling, while intended as entertainment, can become harmful for some individuals. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all betpjr users:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases to limits require a mandatory waiting period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time-based reminders and session limits to control the duration of each gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their betpjr account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for gambling and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from betpjr. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, will remain in force for the requested period with no option to reverse during that time.
• Minor Protection: betpjr strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age and supports measures to prevent underage gambling. Pakistani users are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not have access to their betpjr account or login credentials.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpjr platform. betpjr reserves the right to take immediate action, including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds, in response to any of the following:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including misrepresentation of identity, use of stolen payment details, or any attempt to deceive betpjr or other players.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one betpjr account, whether under the same name or a different identity, for any purpose including exploiting promotional offers.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over betpjr or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any other software tool to interact with the betpjr platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a known error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money Laundering: Using betpjr in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. betpjr complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards betpjr staff or other players via any betpjr communication channel.

All content on the betpjr platform — including but not limited to the betpjr name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, website design, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of betpjr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpjr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betpjr content without prior written authorisation;
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on betpjr content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any betpjr software;
• use betpjr trademarks or branding in connection with any third-party product or service without written consent.

The betpjr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betpjr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpjr's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the betpjr platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their betpjr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betpjr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the betpjr platform, regardless of whether betpjr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betpjr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction initiated by the player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements applicable to betpjr's operations.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for cause, betpjr reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where account closure results from voluntary player request and no breach has occurred, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

You may request voluntary closure of your betpjr account at any time by contacting betpjr customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and confirmed via your registered contact details.

betpjr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their betpjr account, or through a prominent notice on the betpjr platform.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the betpjr platform following publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the betpjr platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the betpjr platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpjr holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, betpjr encourages players to first contact betpjr support to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
